Dolphin Mall: Tulip Shade Structure

This custom retractable roof system was designed and installed for the renowned Faena Hotel in Miami Beach, creating a versatile, climate-controlled dining environment. This project features a series of custom-engineered awnings designed to elevate both functionality and aesthetics across prominent areas of the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. Along the hotel’s balcony level, durable fabric awnings were fabricated and installed to provide reliable shade, improved sun control, and a clean architectural profile that complements the resort’s signature coastal style.

Saint Mark’s Center for Science – Fort Lauderdale, FL

This project features a series of custom shade structures thoughtfully designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics throughout the Saint Mark’s Center for Science campus. A custom-engineered metal awning frames the building’s main entrance, providing long-lasting weather protection and a distinct architectural accent. Along the primary walkway, a continuous fabric canopy offers shaded circulation, improving comfort and flow for students and visitors.

Aviara East – Pompano Beach, FL

This project features custom printed fabric facades designed and installed to enhance the building’s exterior visual identity. The panels are fabricated using durable exterior-grade architectural fabric, engineered to withstand UV exposure, coastal weather, and long-term outdoor use.

Roger Dean Stadium – Jupiter, FL

This project features a large-scale custom shade system designed to enhance spectator comfort at Roger Dean Stadium. We engineered, fabricated, and installed a series of tensioned shade canopies over the bleacher seating areas to provide effective sun protection during games and events.

Custom Canopy & Motorized Screen Systems — Elisabetta’s & Bar Capri, Downtown West Palm Beach, Florida

The Faena Hotel, formerly the Saxony Hotel, marks the debut of the Faena Arts District in Miami Beach. Argentine developer Alan Faena partnered with award-winning film director Baz Luhrmann to design the hotel’s interiors and noted chef Francis Mallman to create a superior dining experience. The completely remodeled Faena Hotel boasts 169 plush rooms, three restaurants, two bars, an intimate 150-seat cabaret-style theater and and impressive 22,000 square-foot spa.

Process to Success

1. Receive & Analyze

A successful project requires consultation and agreement between the investor and the architectural firm. The necessary information will be captured and shape the entire process of project completion.

2. Conceptualization

Develop concepts and creative ideas based on requirements, then sketch out preliminary design options. Clients will select options and provide feedback so we can adjust the ideas.

3. Detailed Drawings

Complete detailed drawings based on the customer's plan, including architecture, structure, interior and technical items, and we will draft a complete project profile, ready for the construction phase.

4. Documents Submission

Complete detailed architectural, structural, electrical and interior drawings. Prepare complete documents to ensure feasibility. Coordinate with engineers to optimize functionality and cost.

5. Supervision & Handover

Monitor and supervise construction progress, ensure compliance with design. Support in resolving issues arising during construction. Check quality and hand over the project upon completion.
